When Natalie Turned 6

“I’m not 5 anymore. I’m 6!” Natalie exclaimed on her birthday. She jumped out of bed. “Now I can tell all my friends at school that I’m 6!”

She rushed downstairs to check out her presents.



She was like, “An American Girl doll friend!”



And gave it a kiss:



Opened more gifts.



When she got to the Barbie she was like, “Finally!” She had been wanting that one for awhile.



I got Natalie to put on her birthday outfit and take some pictures:





She got more presents later in the evening. Tommy looks thrilled.



And see this cat? Her name is Juanita. We were visiting my parents and she’s very sneaky.

“I’m a big girl now!” Natalie keeps saying.

She's back at school after spring break and she says that she can't wait to tell her friends that she's 6 now.
